Your territory
Choose the counties and ZIP codes that make sense for your crew.
Founding-provider program
SepticRelay qualifies the homeowner, confirms the job details, and routes the appointment to one local provider based on service fit and availability.
One homeowner
One qualified appointment
One provider
A cleaner acquisition channel
SepticRelay is designed around useful appointments, fast follow-up, and straightforward accountability.
The homeowner provides the location, symptoms, project type, urgency, and contact information.
We check the request against your approved territory, services, hours, and available capacity.
Your team gets one organized opportunity and follows up directly to evaluate, quote, and perform the work.
What qualified means
A SepticRelay appointment is screened for fit before it reaches your team. It is not a name pulled from a shared lead list.
Built around your operation
Choose the counties and ZIP codes that make sense for your crew.
Accept only the pumping, repair, inspection, or installation work you perform.
Set a weekly limit and pause new appointments whenever schedules tighten.
Define when your team can receive routine and urgent opportunities.
Low-risk first month
If a request is invalid, duplicated, outside your territory, or for an excluded service, the agreed credit policy applies. Either party can pause the pilot at any time.
Richmond-area launch
We are initially recruiting established septic companies serving Powhatan, Chesterfield, Hanover, Goochland, and New Kent counties.
Before you apply
No. The standard model routes a qualified appointment to one provider. If you cannot accept it, SepticRelay may ask the homeowner before making another match.
Yes. Territory, job types, operating hours, and weekly capacity are agreed before any appointment is delivered.
Invalid contacts, duplicates, excluded services, and out-of-territory requests qualify for credit under the pilot agreement.
No. The founding pilot is 30 days, non-exclusive, and can be paused if the channel is not a fit.
Your business evaluates the property, provides pricing, schedules service, and performs the work directly for the homeowner.
